Water Service Payments

New Customers Needing to Pay Water Service Activation Fee and/or Temporary Service Fees:

1. If you do not know your account number, please contact the City of Ferris Utility Billing Department AFTER you have completed your service application if you have not already been contacted with your account number.

2. Use the Sign in or Sign up link provided to register for a login (recommended) OR use the Quick pay link provided to make your payment. *You will need your account number available for either payment method.

3. Make your Activation Fee payment of $200.00 OR your Temporary Service Fee of $50.00.

Office Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 5pm.

Closed for Lunch: 12-12:30pm

*Water bills are due each month on the 15th.

*If you would like to pay by phone, please call 1-877-373-5835

*Your account number is the number EXACTLY as printed on your billing statement. Our old online payment system included extra leading zeros which are no longer required to be entered. The account number should be an eleven (11) digit number.

*Customers are encouraged to register for an account rather than using Quick Pay. Registering for an account will give you access to past billing statements, allow payment method retention, and permit scheduling payments and setting up auto-pay.
